The Great Boat Crash of 2010

Have you ever worked an a project, nearly finished that project, and then destroyed it putting it into the refrigerator?? Well, I have and only hours before deadline!!  Luckily i was able to whip up another one!! Note to self, never lose focus when working with highly fragile cake!!

Scrapbooking Meets Fondant

I Used rubber stamps to create an embossed look on the fondant. This adds so much texture.

Made this cake for small family birthday. Dad works at Loram so the train had to be yellow!!
